Instructions for Users Seeking Help
Registration and Login: You must have an account to create threads or communicate on the forum. Upon registration, you will receive a unique U-ID. Please log in before starting any activity.
Creating a Thread: Open a thread and clearly state what you need.
Reaching an Agreement: Communicate with donors who reach out to arrange details and the delivery of assistance.
Receipt and Verification: Only after the help has physically arrived into your hands, go to your profile, click on the Heart icon, and enter the Donor's ID.
Blockchain Confirmation: The system executes the asset transfer on the Stellar network and generates permanent proof in both your notebook and the donor's notebook.
Instructions for Donors Offering Help
Registration and Login: Registering on the forum provides you with a unique D-ID. You must be logged into your account to offer help or reply to existing requests.
Offering or Replying: You can reply to an existing request or create a new thread describing exactly what you are offering.
Sharing Your ID: Once you privately reach an agreement with a user to provide help, send them your ID for subsequent verification.
Confirmation of Receipt: You are not required to trigger system confirmations. The recipient has the final word and the responsibility to enter your ID.
Record Keeping: After the recipient enters your ID, a permanent transaction link from the Stellar network will automatically appear in your private notebook.
