User-Generated Content: All topics, messages, requests, and offers posted on the platform represent solely the views and information provided by their respective authors. The platform and its administrator do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of information shared in public threads or private messages.
Verification & Due Diligence: Users offering assistance act at their own discretion and risk regarding the verification of help requests. The platform bears no liability for misrepresentation, fraudulent claims, or deceit by third parties.
3. Technical & Blockchain Verification (Stellar Network)
Recording confirmation entries via the Stellar blockchain network serves exclusively as a decentralized, immutable cryptographic hash record generated upon user action.
Stellar verification entries do not constitute legally binding contracts, guarantees of service quality, delivery assurances, or official financial receipts for tax or legal purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
The administrator and creator of AxiomAid shall not be held liable under any criminal, civil, financial, or tax law for:
Any direct or indirect damages, financial loss, emotional distress, or disputes resulting from interactions between users.
The execution, medical outcome, safety, or quality of treatments, transportation, shelter, or any other form of aid agreed upon via the platform.
Technical downtime, data loss, or external blockchain network operational failures.
