2. Solely an Intermediary Platform
AxiomAid functions strictly as a neutral intermediary — a digital meeting place connecting individuals in need directly with donors and volunteers.
The platform does not hold funds, store physical inventory, or take part in private arrangements.
All decisions, negotiations, and direct aid fulfillment occur strictly between users.
3. Permanent Records (Quarantine, Archive, and Absolute No-Edit/No-Delete Policy)
To ensure complete transparency, accountability, and prevention of fraudulent activities, all entries on AxiomAid are permanent.
No Editing: Once a message or thread is submitted, it cannot be modified or edited. Please review your message carefully before posting.
No Deletion: Submitted posts, threads, and ledger entries cannot be removed or deleted from the forum. Under no circumstances is there ANY DELETION OR EDITING of what has been published on the forum.
Quarantine for Inappropriate Content: If any post or topic is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the humanitarian purpose of the forum, it will be moved to Quarantine for review and isolation from public view.
